Council of Human resource education training and Development, CHRETD, NCT, Delhi was established under article. 29 & 30(1) Constitution of India and Incorporated under the legislation of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Ministry is an integral part of the government policy on "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas" and its commitment to overall human resource development to take advantage of the demographic profile of our country's population in the coming years. Developing a comprehensive and holistic policy document is an integral part of the process. This requires a fresh look at the already existing National Policy on Skill Development (NPSD), 2009.As per the Rule of National Vocational Education qualification Framework (NVEQF) under ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India Skill, Knowledge and Innovation are important driving forces of economic growth and social Development in our country with higher level of skill.
